Our contract providers let you use any ASE Certified Repair Facility of your choice (national chain, local mechanic, or your local dealer). Approved claims will be paid quickly and efficiently over the phone via a corporate credit card.

Step by Step Claim Guide:

Always protect your vehicle from sustaining any additional damage. If needed, please call the Roadside Assistance inside your contract to obtain a Tow Truck.
You may take your vehicle to any ASE Certified Mechanic. Once there, give your contract to the Service Manager or Certified Technician.
All work must be pre-authorized in order to be an Approved Claim. Make sure you or your Service Manager call for approval before work is performed.
If you qualify, you may receive rental car benefits as well. Please call your Roadside Assistance # for this as well.
Most claims are paid directly to your dealership or repair facility. You are responsible for your deductible (if any) and any costs that have not been approved.
